Rob Andrews (CEO)
Rob graduated from Queen's University with a PhD; he specializes in PV system performance modelling and optimization. He has worked with various international groups, helping to optimize PV performance and integrate new technologies. Rob has multiple publications within the PV sector that focus on performance modelling and prediction.
Mike Yan (CTO)
Michael is an experienced electromechanical designer with specializations in computer vision and manufacturing systems. He has developed electromechanical systems for major urban transit projects, and was employee #1 of Taplytics, a customer data analytics company and mobile startup.
Scott Innes (CFO)
Scott is an energy finance professional, and has worked in energy investment banking with experience on a C$810 million IPO, a US$400 million high yield debt issuance, and the advising of M&A bids. He previously worked as an analyst to a portfolio manager and has founded a venture capital fund investing in emerging market startups.
Kristine Sinclair (Business Development Manager)
Kristine is a solar professional with extensive experience in PV module design and semi-conductor physics. Prior to her position as business development manager at Heliolytics, Kristine carried out a Master’s thesis at Fraunhofer ISE and was lead scientist at Morgan Solar. She currently sits on multiple standards committees related to PV module health assessment.
Mabel Fulford (Business Development Manager)
Mabel has a strong professional and academic background in global energy systems. She holds a BEng in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, a MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London and a MASc in Chemical Engineering on organic solar cell materials from the University of Toronto. Prior to joining Heliolytics, Mabel was a Senior Associate in the Energy & Carbon Markets group at ICF, and she is currently the President of Young Professionals in Energy Toronto.
Joan Cannon (Client Account Specialist)
Joan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences from Princeton University. She brings a wealth of experience in program/account management and communications, having worked for several organizations in the environmental and renewable energy fields, including leading the Alberta Green Economy Network as its executive director.
